|
Abstract: This study by Brunswick Labs was conducted to determine if apigenin is bioavailable in rats after single oral administrations of JOBELYN®.
Plasma samples were collected at selected time points up to 24 hr post-dose. Concentrations of apigenin compound in plasma were determined by a LC/MS/MS method. The plasma concentration of apigenin reached the maximum at 2 hr with mean values of 19.5 and 23.0 ng/mL for male and female rats, respectively, indicating that apigenin was bioavailable after oral administration. |
